Who can post

You need an account to post, and you must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, for the item being yours to sell, and for honoring the deals you agree to.

What you can't post

No illegal items: weapons and ammunition, explosives, drugs, stolen goods, counterfeit products, adult content, live animals outside local law, and anything that scams or deceives a buyer. Listings that break these rules can be removed, and repeated or serious violations can cost you posting access.

Meetups and payments

Deals are between you and the other person. We are not part of the transaction, we do not hold money, and we cannot guarantee an item or a payment. Meet in public, pay cash in person when you can, and never send gift cards or wire transfers to someone you have not met.

Cost

Posting is free in every category. Featuring a listing is optional and paid; a feature adds visibility only and never guarantees a sale.

Content

You keep ownership of your photos and text. You give us permission to display them on the site and in links to your listing. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that we are asked to remove by law.
